Issue

An autotransformer needs two terminals and optionally a neutral point terminal at the same winding. The current winding definition allows only one terminal + the optional neutral point terminal

Proposal

Allow two terminals additionally to the neutral point at the power transformer winding

Accepted.
The current neutralPoint attribute at the Terminal element will be removed (IntOp!), thus allowing two normal terminals at the winding indicating an autotransformer. An additional optional NeutralPoint element of syntax type tTerminal will be introduced at the winding for the neutral point connection. 		12 Aug 10 Discussion (red)
