Issue

Data name 'ECPType' and 'CctPhs' uses a status type CDC, where it would make more sence to use a status setting type.
Further, all the data names in the 'Status' section are settings, not status.

Proposal

Change CDC of 'ECPType' and 'CctPhs' to 'ENG'.
Move 'ECPType', 'InCctID', 'OutCctID' and 'CctPhs' to 'Settings' section.

Discussion Created Status
- Data object ECPType has been renamed to ECPTyp (see Tissue 981)
- Data object CctPhs has been renamed to CircPh (see Tissues 982 and 1027)
- The common data classes (CDC) of these two data objects have been changed to ENG (see Tissue 1134)
- Furthermore in Tissue 1134 the enumeration PhaseKind used for data object CircPh has been extended to match the one used in DRAT.ConnTyp
- Starting with IEC 61850-7-420 Ed. 2 this document will be auto-generated from UML. This auto-generation also ensures that all data objects will be printed in the correct sections according to their common data classes.
