Issue

In table 40 column "Condition" in a row for "value(s)" it stands "See value(s)". This statement sounds very general since there is not such reference in the text. I assume that idea was to refer to "AccessResult for value(s)" (page 55).

Proposal

Considering that value(s) are the main/only reason for report transmission it can be stated "Shall always be present" with some reference (if needed) to "AccessResult for value(s)".

Other solution would be to simply replace "See value(s)" with "See AccessResult for value(s)".
