Issue

The ErrTerm data object is used to indicate that the output of a control function has been limited due to some internal restriction. ErrTerm is stated to be of CDC MV. It is actually a status indication and should be of CDC SPS.

Proposal

In Logical Nodes FFIL, FPID, FRMP and FSPT, change Common Data Class for ErrTerm to be SPS instead of MV.
