Issue

The clause demands (shall), that a directory LD shall exist, which contains the LD names as subdirectories. Within these subdirectories the files belonging to the LD shall be placed. This makes however only sense, if there exist files belonging to a LD.

Proposal

Add a note that the LD/ldname directories are only needed, if files exist, which belong to some LD; if only files exist which belong to the whole server, then the root directory (as mentioned in the existing note) is sufficient.
