Issue

tExtensionAttributeNameEnum is restricted to lower case letter “tRestrName1stL”.

The attribute names

Oper
Cancel
Check
currently defined as capital letter in part 8-1, but this is not harmonized with part 6. Therefore ICD- and SCD-Files couldn’t be validated against the SCL schema.

Proposal

There are two alternatives to solve this issue:

1. Change 8-1 to lower case letter (s. comment 4 for part 8-1)

2. Add definition for the 8-1 attributes in part 6 / XML schema
