Nested Data (as defined in WYE and DEL) are not shown in table 21. Table 21 shows only the line with the title "DataAttribute". The line "Data" is missing before "DataAttribute".
Tables 25 (WYE) and 26 (DEL) should be improved to reflect that a Data in a CDC is different to a DataAttribute in a CDC. The current tables do not really tell which colum header cell (Attribute Type, FC, TrgOp, Value/value Range) shall be applied to the value CMV. It is of course the Attribute Type ... but the table does not say that.
Clause 8 and Table 49 define the DataAttribute semantic. The table actually contains Data and DataAttribute semantic! There are several data phsA, phsB, phsC, neut, net, res, phsAB, phsBC, phsCA.
Proposal
Add the line "Data" is before "DataAttribute" in table 21.
Add the following text below table 13, 21, 31, 37, 39, 42, 45:
The semantic of the DataAttributes (Data) is defined in clause 8 (table 49).
In table 25 and 26:
Copy the table header lines 2 (Attribute Name ...) and paste it before DataAttribute (line 11)
Add new head line with tree colums before Data line (line 4):
Attribute Name | Attribute Type | M/O/C
Clause 8 should read:
Data and DataAttribute semantic
Table 49 should read:
Semantics of data and DataAttributes
The headline of the first colum should read "Data / DataAttribute name"

In principle proposed to accept; instead of adding a remark below each of the tables 13, 21 etc, a text is added at the beginning of clause 7.
I would not propose to add new table header lines in table 25 and 26; although it might be formally more correct, it does decrease readability. And I think, any human reader of the tables understands them as they are now.
Some clarification has been added at the beginning of clause 8. I woul not change the title - this could be missleading compared to data explained in 7-4.
