Issue

The table states that the number of terminals for a voltage transformer device (VTR) is 1. However, the appendix D.2 (Example SCL file contents) contains conducting equipment of type VTR with two terminals.

Proposal

Either change 9.2.3 Table 5 so that equipment of type VTR is said to have 2 terminals OR, don't give an example of a voltage transformer with two terminals in D.2
