448   CILO

Created: 30 Nov 2006

Status: Not Applicable

Part: Part 7-4 (2003)

Page: 43

Paragraph: 5.6.4

Category: Issue for edition 2 of this part

This LN shall be used to "enable" a switching operation, however EnaOpn and EnaCls attributes are SPS (not controlable)

They should be SPC.

Discussion Created Status
The blocking or enabling of switching operations is directly done at the switch by means of the BlkOpn and BlkCls DATA in LNs XCBR and XSWI. The LN CILO calculates enable / block conditions based on the states of other switches, which is NOT settable by the operator. If an operator wants to switch despite of a CILO blocking, he has to use the Interlock override features in the switching command (Check bits). 01 Dec 06 Not Applicable
