Issue

According to IEC 61850-8-1 (section E3), the DAs coming under SPC,DPC etc are "SBO","SBOw","Oper" & "Cancel". But according to the current schema DA name should start with a small (lower case) letter.

The same case is applicable to DAI,SDI etc.

Proposal

Either correct schema to take care of this or correct 8-1 & 7-4 to have data attributes "sbo","sbow","oper" & "cancel"
