Issue

GOOSE message syntax
The Attribute type “T” is a time handled by the application. “EntryTime” is not correct, because “EntryTime” is for “internal” use: see clause 5.5.3.8.

Proposal

Change Attribute type from “EntryTime” to “TimeStamp”.
