Issue

The XML Schema rules effectively require that an item included in a uniqueness constraint either be “required” or have a default value. The LNode constraint on page 33 is properly implemented in Clause 9.2.5, but not in the corresponding file on page 98. Similarly, the tLN constraint is properly implemented on page 54 but not for “prefix” on page 107. The constraint for LnodeType on pages 75-76 and 101 is not properly implemented in either place because of “iedType”.

Proposal

Make the uniqueness constraints consistent and proper.
