Issue

In the amendment 2 of part 7-4 (document in CD phase), data "CalcMthd" has been included with seven possible values. Since it's mandatory to include it in a LN like MSTA, in which there are maximum, minimum and average measurements together, I think new values for this data should be added to cover functions which calculate all sort of measurements at the same time.

Proposal

I would add at least four new possible values:
MIN-MAX, MIN-MAX-AVG, MIN-AVG and MAX-AVG

and I would assign to all of them a value to be included in the list of enumerated datas of part 6.
