Issue

The uniqueness constraints for GSE and SV in the schema only refer to the cbName. This is too restrictive and inconsistent to the text, the ldInst has additionally to be considered.

Proposal

Change constraints uniqueGSEinConnectedAP and uniqueSMVinConnectedAP by adding
<xs:field xpath="@ldInst"/> to the existing
<xs:field xpath="@cbName"/>

Discussion Created Status
The remark concerning ldName does not belong here, therefore also the NEGATIVE vote does not concern the real issue, which is just to repair the schema so that it fits to the intentions documented already in part 6. Therefore, the proposal is accepted 13 Jul 05 In Force (green)
