Paragraph: Table 112

Issue

The listed SI unit #70 "A²t" is erroneous.
"t" stands for "time", but here a unit is required.

Proposal

Change "A²t" to "A²s" as "seconds" seems to be the appropriate time base.

There is no interoperability issue between, as with transmit over the wire ord, and ord=70 is commonly understood as "A²s".
There is also no interoperability issue between tools as soon as they follow 7-1 Annex K.2.15.

The tissue cannot be really addressed as an editorial tissue as it impacts the 7-3 code component.

Conclusion: agree to be addressed in a future version of 7-3 but not as tissue.

The litteral definition A²t, ord 70 exists since IEC 61850-7-3:2003.
Accroding to IEC 61850-7-1 Annex K.2.15 : Modification of an enumerated vales does not lead to compatibility issues.
Is such a litteral change to be handled as an interop tissue or should it postoponed to a future edition?
