Issue

Attributes with the functional constraint CF can by default be changed online. For some CF attributes, where the value attribute (attribute with FC MX, ST, SP or SG/SE like stVal, mag, mxVal, setVal...) depends on the CF attribute, the online change of the CF attribute would be confusing.

Proposal

This applies to CF attributes:
- sVC
- units

A recommendation shall be added, to make those attributes read-only
