Clause: A.3.1.13.3

Paragraph: Table A.50

Issue

The explanation of DO does not correspond to the semantics of DO name.
- DO name is FuelStop.
- The explanation is "True = open; False = close fuel valve driver command".

Proposal

The DO name should be changed to "FuelSupStr" or the values assigned to open and close should be reversed.

The FuelStop DO is also used in KVLV but has a different description

(DFCL) True = open; False = close fuel valve driver command
(KFLV) Fuel shutoff valve driver command

DFCL is Fuel Cell Controller
KFLV is Fuel delivery system

KFLV also has
FuelStr SPC (KFLV) Fuel start
FuelSt SPS (KFLV) Fuel system status – True: on

Suggest change DO name and description in DFCL
DFCL FuelStrStop Fuel system start/stop command. True means start. False means stop.

Suggest change descriptions in KFLV

KFLV FuelStop Fuel system shutoff command: True means fuel control valve should close. False state is ignored.
KFLV FuelStr Fuel system start command: True means fuel control valve should open. False state is ignored
