Clause: A.3.2.7.3

Paragraph: A.92 and A.93

Issue

Frequency disturbance monitoring LNs DHFT and DLFT do not have any data object indicating that the DER is in the “may ride-through or may trip” zone.

Proposal

Add a new data object to DHFT and DLFT
MayRtSt: Status indicating that the frequency is in the “may ride-through or may trip zone”.

Discussion Created Status
There is already the PrmZnSt status in abstract class RideThroughLN, inherited by DHFT, DLFT

Description
Permissive state: True = the voltage or frequency of the Referenced ECP is in the "may or may not" trip zone; False = the voltage or frequency is not in a "may or may not" trip zone.

WG17 February minutes: the new data objects would be used in testing but probably not in operation.
Proposed solution is to add optional data object
07 Nov 23 Accepted
Add data object to abstract class RideThroughLN.

This will be inherited for both frequency and voltage ride-through operational functions.
