Issue

Table 9 is mapping the 7-2 MSVCB attribute names to MMS component.
It is not clear that the attributes MsvCBNam and MsvCBRef are not part of the MMS strucuture but are properties of an instance of the MMS Structure.

Proposal

Remove MsvCBName and MsvCBRef from Table 9. And indicate that the 2 attributes were never part of the MMS strcuture, but are use for naming the instance of the control block at creation.
