"Support ldName for LD name specification" is not clear enough if it is support on import or on modification

review the sentence with "Import ldName which have been configured by an SCT in the SCD and take into account"

I45 is conditional C3, i.e. service capability exposure.
ConfLdName indicates "if this element is present, the IED allows as a server to define functional LD names (by means of the LDevice ldName attribute)."
The service capaiblity description could be enhanced with "the IED allows the SCT as a server ...".
