Comparing ASEQ from "CDV 7-4ed2.1" with ASEQ from "FDIS 7-410ed2.1.", there are too many differences between them.

Should there be only one sequencer logical node (ASEQ) in the IEC 61850 standard (specified in the part 7-4)?
OR
Should there ASEQ (Generic Sequencer Control) be renamed to HSEQ (Hydropower Unit Sequencer) in the part 7-410 ed.3.0?
