The diagram shows two time values:

Neither of these exist in the datamodel for RREC

Proposal

According to -7-4 clause 5.13.11, these should be
Rec1Tmms1 reclaim time for 1ph faults
Rec13Tmms1 reclaim time for evolving faults
Rec3Tmms1 reclaim time for 3ph faults

Discussion Created Status
Correct. The annex G is informative (see tissue #689).
In the next revision (part 7-4 rev.2.1) this picture will be removed from part 7-4 and the explanation of RREC is described and already published in the TR IEC 61850-7-500.
