Issue

While in Table 27 (GCB) it is stated that "It is recommended to increment this by 10 000 on each configuration change, to distinguish this from online changes leading to an increment of 1 only", in table 23 (RCB) nothing is stated related to the criteria of incrementing of ConfRev.

In Tissue 840, Thierry mentioned that "if a report control block configuration changes online it goes from for instance 1 to 2, whereas a change of offline configuration will go from 1 to 10001". I know it is just a comment, but he assumed that incrementing 10000 in ConfRev for RCB when offline changed were made was the logical behaviour, as I think.

Proposal

If it is assumed that recommendation of incrementing ConfRev in 10000 when offline changes are made also applies to RCB, add the following sentence to ConfRev in table 23 to make it clear:
"It is recommended to increment this by 10 000 on each configuration change, to distinguish this from online changes leading to an increment of 1 only"
