1475 DO definition is wrong for SptDn Data object in FSPT LN class explanation

Issue

In FSPT LN class explanation , it is mentioned about two DOs ie SptUp and SptDn . The explanation for SptUp is given as Setpoint going up (raising) and SptDn is given as Setpoint going up (lowering). The second seems to be wrong as it should be given as Setpoint going down for the description of SptDn

Proposal

The description for SptDn in FSPT LN class mentioned in page no 40 of IEC 61850 7-4 document need to be changed to Setpoint going down(lowering).
