Issue

Add dedicated attributes for later binding for describing the preferred service type, LN class, DO name, and DA name. These attributes shall belong to the ICT and may not be modified/deleted by the SCT.

(Related to IOP 2015 report "SCL_DustinEric_SCL6RSLT_KALKI_SIEMENS_20151001", issue 3).
