Table 11 (Services element) uses client and server when it is meant subscriber and publisher.

Also, it may be unclear to readers that servers which also can subscribe to GOOSE and/or SMV must contain a ClientServices element

Proposal

ClientServices element: "use as a client" should be "use as a client or subscriber"
GOOSE element:
a) "GOOSE server or client" should be "GOOSE publisher or subscriber"
b) "GOOSE client" should be "GOOSE subscriber"
GSSE element:
a) "GSSE server or client" should be "GSSE publisher or subscriber"
b) "GSSE client" should be "GSSE subscriber"
SMVsc element:
a) "Sampled Value server or client" should be "Sampled Value publisher or subscriber"
b) "SMV client" should be "SMV subscriber"
