Issue

The IED - Services - SMVSettings does not specify if the nofASDU is fix, conf or dyn. Same for multicast

Proposal

Add capability nofASDU="Fix/Conf/Dyn"

Discussion Created Status
The optional attribute nofASDU with possible values 'Fix' and 'Conf' will be added to SMVSettings, default value 'Fix'.

Nothing is needed for SV unicast/multicast configuration, as we already have everything we need in SMVsc (delivery and deliveryConf).
