Paragraph: 2

Category: Issue for edition 2 of this part

EntryTime is defined to have it's epoch at "01. January 1984 (MJD 40 587)". MJD 40587 stands for 01 January 1970 and not for 01 January 1984. By the way, there's also typo with the dot after 01.

Remove dot after 01 and remove text "(MJD 40 587)" or replace it with "(MJD 45700)".

The next revision of the 7-2 has removed the Epoch reference and defines EntryTime as:

GMT time and date used internally by an IED, mainly in the context of reporting and logging. A pair of values {EntryID, EntryTime} should guarantee an entry/item/row (in a report or log) to be unique. The concrete type is defined by an SCSM.
NOTE In an SCSM, this EntryTime type may or may not be the same as Timestamp type used for common data classes in IEC 61850-7-3 and definition of compatible data object classes in IEC 61850-7-4.
