Issue

It is common that switches/breakers have to be controlled by an automation function implemented in a device. Therefore, there is a need to identify these signals with semantics at the data level.

Proposal

Add data OpCls and OpOpn (ACTTransient[0..1]to the GAPC LN.

Editor group 7-4 proposes the use of ASEQ. If necessary, modifications/extensions can be provided. It needs a discussion about the use case and possible other use cases. Therefore we propose to change to ed.3 category. 09 Jul 15 Discussion (red)
