Issue

According to discussion in last WG10 meeting (Regina, Canada) there are two possible options: start fault record by RDRE (RcdStr/RcdTrg) directly or by a configure channel (ChTrg).
In case the fault record is started by RDRE.RcdStr/RDRE.RcdTrg the other option is not necessary.

Proposal

Change the presence condition of RADR.ChTrg and RBDR.ChTrg from mandatory to optional.

Probably a condition (mandatory if the channel could trigger a recording) would be the better option. Add further, that if ChTrg is missing its default value is FALSE. 07 Jul 15 Ballot Period
