Issue

The name length are not consistent in the document.
Make it consistent

Proposal

The LDName has been extended upto 64 characters.
The MMS variable name is also extended up to 64 characters. Those changes have made in Annex G of IEC61850-8-1.
The object reference is therefore limited to 129 characters, including the '/'
All the documents shall be checked/corrected correspondingly.
