Issue

The information is missing when the parameter Onwer of a URCB or BRCB shall be set or cleared. And it is also not clearly defined if the Client or the Server has to set/clear the parameter Owner.

E.g. the Client sets Owner after enabling the RCB. Or Server clears Owner if rptEna is set to False.

Proposal

There are several possibilities like:

* the client set Owner before initialization
* the slient set Owner after setting rptEna=True
* If resvTms timed out the server clears Owner

Please clarify.

first of all, this is not a 8-1 tissue - this is an 7-2 tissue.

Owner is never set by the client, but by the server.

Owner is set by the server to indicate the reservation of a control block by a peculiar client.

1) if the server implements resvTms - Owner is set when resvTms is not 0.

2) if the server does not implement revsTms over the communication - Owner is set as soon as a BRCB is exclusively owned by a client.

3) Owner is set as long as resv is set in a URCB, i.e. as long as the URCB is exclusively owned by a client.
