Issue

I have developed a library and implemented parts of the 61850-90-5 and I have some doubts about the provided Example of Encoding of the GOOSE A-Profile in Annex G.


1. Raw 5 of Figure G.1:
The LI=0x13 (Decimal = 19)

2. Raw 7 of Figure G.1:
The LI=0x12 (Decimal = 18)

However, the information present in SessionIdentifier (SPDU Length, SPDU Number,...,until Key ID) sum up to 22 bytes !

Has anyone had any idea about this issue?
