Issue

In the joint UML model manager's phone conference at 2015-03-16 it was decided to favor DO abbreviation 'Drp' instead of 'Droop' for the term 'Droop' (see also related IEC 61850-7-4 tissue 1364).
This also affects two existing DOs of IEC 61850-7-420 Ed. 1:
DEXC.DroopV and DSFC.Droop

Proposal

Rename DEXC.DroopV to DEXC.DrpV and DSFC.Droop to DSFC.Drp
