Issue

In LN ATCC we have three datapoints with CDC SPS called "TapOpR", "TapOpL" and "TapOpStop". They are use if no control service is available.
In this case with goose message we send a tap position order. But there is no datapoint for Select order if "TapChg" or "TapPos" are configured with SBO control model.

Proposal

1) Add news datapoints for Select control as "TapSelR", "TapSelL" and "TapSelStop".

2) Only DE control model are available for automatic tap changer if no control service is available.

The statement of Wolfgang is right. It doesn't contradict to the relationship between ATCC and YLTC (direct control is foreseen in case of Goose). A phrase regarding this will be added in the semantic explanation of TapOpL/TapOpR. 18 Dec 14 Ballot Period
