Issue

In case the report is segmented part 7-2 specifies that each segment shall have the same EntryID and the same TimeofEntry. But how about when the bufovfl flag is set? Part 7-2 states only the first report may have the bufovl set. Does this apply to all segments or just the first segment?

Proposal

Considering the EntryID and TimeofEntry shall be the same for each segment I expect the bufovfl value is also the same for each segment.
