Issue

The protection function voltage differential protection (87V) is missing. It is used for capacitor unbalanced function to detect internal C-element faults.

Proposal

Add the data model for voltage diiferential protection as given in the attached proposal.

87V is the voltage differential protection. PTDV can be used for unbalanced voltage protection between phases. A typical application is the protection of capacitor banks. The description of PTDV shall express this. 10 Sep 14 Discussion (red)
