INS stVal trgOp is dchg,dupd;
in the real use case, is it possible to have an attribute have the two trgOps?
if yes, what is the reason code when the attribute trigger a report?a combination of dchg and dupd (from 7.2.3.2.3.2 7-2 Ed2, note 3)?

See Part 7-3 Ed. 2, Clause 7.1: "If two trigger options are stated, then a concrete implementation shall select one of them".
Thus a concrete implementation cannot have more than one trigger options. 		09 Jun 14 Triage
