Issue

In LN SSWI and SCBR the DO AccAbr uses a non-harmonized with other IEC61850-domains abbreviation for "accumulated". Better is to use (like in other LNs) the abbreviation Accm.

Proposal

Rename SSWI.AccAbr and SCBR.AccAbr in SSWI.AccmAbr and SCBR.AccmAbr.
