Issue

For consistency the DOnames for MaxPwrSpt, OvlTmSpt and OvlTEmgSpt should be changed because they are settings, not setpoints. Therefore they end with *Set. Consider also tissue #912 reg. MaxPwrSpt and tissue #1029.

Proposal

Change the DOnames to MaxVASet, OvlTmSet and OvlTmEmgSet
