Address has a cardinality
- minOccurs="0", maxOccurs="unbounded"

both in IEC 60870-5-101 Private section section

as well as in IEC 60870-5-104 Private section section

The combination minOccurs="0", maxOccurs="unbounded" is not allowed for globally defined element, but where the element is used.

Proposal

Remove minOccurs and maxOccurs.
