Issue

The use case is the electrical vehicle world, where an charging point operator would like some overloading capability information on the cable connecting a charger with the power grid, in order to utilize the power grid connection to its maximum.

Proposal

Add three new DOs to ZCAB:

ARtg ASG Rated current of the cable in A
OvlMaxPct ASG Maximum overload of the cable in percent
OvlMaxTmm ING Maximum time allowed for corresponding overload in minutes

I agree to handle this tissue as an edition 3 one. I also support the idea in a broader sense (together with overloading capabilities of other equipment). For transformer we have already DO for overload. The overload is possible for cable and OHL and therefore it might be also modeled in ZLIN.	11 Nov 13	Discussion (red)
