Data attribute name “SBO, SBOw, Oper, Cancel” shall be lower case letter to be consistent with part 6 definition and consistent to other CDC attribute names given in 7-3.

Proposal

Revise the attribute names to
sbo
sbow
oper
cancel

as specified in part 6.
