Issue

The DO DOPM.OpModPM whose meaning is "Mode of operation – driven by energy source (e.g. solar, water flow) so generation level is constrained by availability of that energy source" uses a not declared abbreviation 'PM'.

Proposal

- Add a new abbreviation 'Pas' (for 'Passive')
- Rename DOPM.OpModPM to DOPM.OpModPas
