Issue

The DO DFCL.OpTms whose meaning is "Lifetime system run time" uses a questionable abbreviation 'Op' (for 'Operate, operating/Trip order to circuit-breaker')

Proposal

- Use the existing abbreviation 'Life' (for 'Lifetime') from IEC 61850-7-4 instead
- Rename DFCL.OpTms to DFCL.LifeTms
