Issue

Inconsistency with data objects (DOs) having the same name HeatRteCost but using different data types (CDCs):
(this is a consequence of having renamed former DCST.HeatRteCst to DCST.HeatRteCost, see Tissue 995)
- DCST.HeatRteCost uses CDC CSG
- DCCT.HeatRteCost uses CDC SCR

Proposal

- As DCCT.HeatRteCost and DCCT.CarbRteCost are rather pricing than cost schedules use the existing abbreviation 'Prc' (for ('Price') instead of 'Cost' for them
- Rename DCCT.HeatRteCost to DCCT.HeatRtePrc
- Rename DCCT.CarbRteCost to DCCT.CarbRtePrc
