Issue

The DO MFLW.MatStat whose meaning is "State of material" incorrectly uses the abbreviation 'Stat' (for 'Statistics').

Proposal

- Use the existing abbreviation 'St' (for 'Status, state') from IEC 61850-7-4 instead
- Rename MFLW.MatStat to MFLW.MatSt
