Issue

The DO DFLV.FuelDelTyp whose meaning is "Type of fuel delivery system" incorrectly uses the abbreviation 'Del' (for 'Delta')

Proposal

- Add an new abbreviation 'Dlv' (for 'Delivery')
- Rename DFLV.FuelDelTyp to DFLV.FuelDlvTyp
