Issue

Conflict between IEC 61850-7-420 and IEC 61400-25-6 (TC88 JWG25) data object (DO) name abbreviations:
- In IEC 61850-7-420: 'Conv' means 'Conversion, converted'
It is used in total of 3 DO names in LNs DCHC, DFPM and ZRCT
- In IEC 61400-25-6: 'Cnv' means 'Converter'

Proposal

- Drop the abbreviation 'Conv' and use 'Cnv' instead
- Rename DCHC.EnConvTyp to DCHC.EnCnvTyp
- Rename DFPM.ConvEfc to DFPM.CnvEfc
- Rename ZRCT.ConvTyp to ZRCT.CnvTyp
[Decided by WG 17 IEC 61850-7-420 UML Task Force]
