Issue

Inconsistency with data objects (DOs) having the same name AVCrv but using different data types (CDCs):
- In IEC 61850-7-4: PVOC.AVCrv uses CDC CURVE
- In IEC 61850-7-420: DPVM.AVCrv uses CDC INS. Its description is "Index into active point of the AV curve"

Proposal

- Add a new abbreviation 'Ix' for 'Index'
- Rename DPVM.AVCrv to DPVM.AVCrvIx
